What data we collect
- Order & account data: name, email, shipping address, payment details (processed securely by Shopify — we never store card numbers).
- Newsletter sign-ups: email address only.
- Analytics data: anonymised usage data via Google Analytics (page views, session duration, referral source). No personal identifiers are sent to Google Analytics.
- Cookies: a single first-party cookie records your consent preference. No third-party advertising cookies are set.
How we use your data
- To process and fulfil your orders.
- To send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates).
- To send newsletter emails if you have opted in (you may unsubscribe at any time).
- To understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it.
Your rights
